Agreement
By accessing or using any services, software, tools, or digital assets provided by Project Atom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
Official Statement
AtomOS operates as an independent, community-driven project providing advanced customization layers and deployment configurations for Microsoft Windows environments, specifically for performance optimization, latency reduction, and minimalism. AtomOS does not claim ownership over Microsoft Windows or any Microsoft intellectual property. This project is not a product of Microsoft Corporation, nor is it endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or in any way affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. All rights, logos, titles, and trademarks associated with Windows remain the exclusive property of Microsoft Corporation.
Licensing Requirement
AtomOS frameworks do not bypass, modify, or interfere with Microsoft's official digital activation systems. A valid, genuine operating system activation license from Microsoft Corporation is strictly required to fully utilize any system environment configured by AtomOS. By utilizing our deployment configurations, you acknowledge and agree that you must comply with all standard Microsoft Licensing Terms and End-User License Agreements (EULA).
Service-Based Model & Compensation
By purchasing any tier, utilizing our custom configurations, or requesting digital assistance, you explicitly acknowledge that you are not purchasing proprietary software. Instead, you are paying strictly for professional services, extensive technical labor, and manual engineering effort dedicated to optimizing these systems. Our "Ultimate Community Membership" operates on a premium sponsorship model. Subscribing grants exclusive roles and unlocks premium ecosystem access (such as Playbooks and tools) as complimentary perks of your membership.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the instantaneous digital delivery of our software tools, configurations, and community access, all sales are considered final once assets are accessed. However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions (e.g., unstarted 1:1 remote services or proven technical faults in the Atom Optimizer tool). Please refer to our official Refund Policy page for full details. By processing payment, you agree to these specific conditions and waive any right to unauthorized chargeback claims.
User Responsibility & System Integrity
You are solely responsible for any modifications made to your operating system. We highly recommend creating a system restore point or full backup before applying any configurations or utilizing our software tools. You agree to use our tools for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable software license agreements relevant to your hardware and OS.
Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Leaking
You explicitly agree not to redistribute, leak, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit our proprietary tools, software, scripts, or the Atom Optimizer without express written permission. You also agree not to use our platform or tools to distribute malicious software, bypass licensing infrastructure, or engage in unauthorized access to other systems.
Limitation of Liability
Project Atom tools and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any system instability, data loss, software restrictions, or hardware malfunction resulting from the use of our configuration files, software applications, or tools. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your interaction with our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our tools, license keys, and community platforms—including Discord and private development environments—at our sole discretion, without refund, particularly in cases of abuse, harassment, terms violation, or suspected software redistribution.
Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services or software tools following any changes constitutes your absolute acceptance of the updated terms.
