Data & Privacy Commitment
We prioritize your privacy above all else.
Zero Data Collection: Project Atom products and deployment configurations are engineered to function locally on your hardware. We do not collect, store, track, or share any of your personal data, system usage information, or telemetry. Your privacy is not just a policy; it is built into the architecture of our tools.
User Responsibility
System Integrity: You are responsible for any modifications made to your operating system. We recommend creating a system restore point or backup before applying any Project Atom configurations.
Compliance: You agree to use our tools for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable software license agreements relevant to your hardware and OS.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary tools (such as the Atom Optimizer) without express written permission.
- •Use our platform to distribute malicious software or engage in unauthorized access to other systems.
Limitation of Liability
Project Atom is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for:

- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your interaction with our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our community platforms (including Discord and private development environments) at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, harassment, or violation of these terms.
