AtomOS operates as an independent, community-driven project providing advanced customization layers and deployment configurations for Microsoft Windows environments, engineered specifically for performance optimization, latency reduction, and minimalism.

AtomOS does not claim ownership over Microsoft Windows or any Microsoft intellectual property.

This project is not a product of Microsoft Corporation, nor is it endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or in any way affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. All rights, logos, titles, and trademarks associated with Windows and its related components remain the exclusive property of Microsoft Corporation. AtomOS frameworks are developed solely under independent research guidelines for advanced power users and hardware enthusiasts.

AtomOS frameworks do not bypass, modify, or interfere with Microsoft’s official digital activation systems. A valid, genuine operating system activation license from Microsoft Corporation is strictly required to fully utilize any system environment configured by AtomOS.

By utilizing our deployment configurations, you acknowledge and agree that you must comply with all standard Microsoft Licensing Terms and End-User License Agreements (EULA).

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, Microsoft licensing terms, and software agreements applicable in their jurisdiction.

AtomOS configurations, deployment files, and tools are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees regarding system stability, security, or third-party software compatibility.

Our voluntary “Ultimate Community Membership” is a community sponsorship model. All financial contributions are directed strictly toward funding independent software development (such as the Atom Optimizer), managing our private community platforms, and compensating the time and effort dedicated to providing technical assistance. Subscribing to our community grants exclusive roles (such as the Ultimate Role on Discord) and unlocks access to all exclusive community-only Ultimate AtomOS builds, private optimization files, and tester development environments as complimentary perks of your membership. We do not sell or license Microsoft software; you are paying solely for community access and development support.

AtomOS respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that any material distributed via this platform infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a formal notice to our designated dispute resolution hub.

Your notice must include a detailed description of the copyrighted work, the specific location (URL or file) of the material, and your official contact credentials. Upon receipt of a valid request, AtomOS will take immediate action to review, modify, or remove the specified material in compliance with digital copyright regulations.
